Greetings. Thank you very much for visiting my website. My name is Hernan Quintanilla. I am a certified personal trainer by the National Council On Strength And Fitness, NCSF. I currently hold very well known certifications such as RKC (Russian Kettlebell Level I and II instructor), PCC (Progressive Calisthenics certification) and CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach) among others.
I have worked for prestigious fitness establishments as well as independently for many years in NYC. I specialize in one on one personal training for all ages and at all levels of fitness.

Personal training sessions are performed at the comfortability of the client's home, building gyms, gyms available to independent instructors and now also, VIRTUALLY. This last has been a huge contributor to my client's lives, since it has allow them to continuing ​their training and maintaining an active life throughout the year, whether it is traveling for business, moving to another location or vacationing.
​
All personal training sessions are individualized and goal oriented. The main goal is to bring an existing level of fitness, whether it is novice, intermediate or advanced to a more comfortable one. It is very important to pursue a better level of fitness gradually and in the safest environment as possible.
